Huang Chen-Chien was born on March 24, 1942, in Taoyuan, Taiwan.In 1967, Mr. Huang started Winner Brothers Industrial Corporation.Twenty-three years later in 1989, he started Winner Laser Technology Company, Limited.He is the Fonder and President of both companies. In the 1970's, with the Taiwan economic bloom, Mr. Huang caught on the opportunities and concentrated printing ink for both corrugated and commercial packaging industries.With the water-based flexo ink and flexo-graphic printing, Mr. Huang has first introduced the importance of environmental protection to the printing industries.

In the 1980's, in responding to the growing demand on technology, Mr. Huang completed a three months tour in Western Europe and North America, and studied the technological trend of the printing industries.He came back to Taiwan and analyzed his collected data and knowledge on plasma coating and laser engraving. In 1989, Mr. Huang started Winner Laser Technology Company, Limited, it became the first company in South-East Asia to produce laser engraved ceramic anilox printing rolls and professionally provided the advanced technology to printing industry.

His new company has led Taiwanese printing industries into a new position. It dramatically improved printing quality through out South-East Asia, China, even further territories of the world.

Like many start-up companies, Winner Laser Technology Company, Limited, faced tremendous developing stage pressure right from the beginning. Although several European and American corporations wanted to merge with Mr. Huang's market share and company, Mr. Huang instilled that his company would overcome its existing struggles under his directions, and he was very successful of doing that.

Mr. Huang believes a successful company requires sound professional and technical base, compassionate leadership, right economic policy, and broad international view.  By making efforts on improving the above, he has raised the standards of the print industries continuously. His beliefs help him and his companies face the extreme challenges of the 21^st century. Mr. Huang remains as the industry leader by firmly standing behind his management views
